Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
All orders are fully traceable on our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, Dubie reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
Dubie insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Dubie.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
To initiate a return for your online order by mail, please follow these steps:
Send an email to email@example.com requesting a Return Authorization within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the email.
Once you receive the Return Authorization, proceed with shipping the item(s) back to us.
Customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.
If you are receiving multiple shipments for the same order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.
Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
When returning by mail, please make sure to return the shoes/accessory item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
Dubie reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
We prefer that items are returned through UPS to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport to any of the following addresses:

Please do not choose return service “Letter” to avoid any delays in the return process.
Please make sure to add your order number on the commercial invoice.
For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
